Next Saturday, October 17, the 2nd Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sorrows of Chandavila will take place.

The day will begin with the arrival of the pilgrims, who will park in the car park located next to the Sanctuary. Afterwards, at 10:00 a.m., the pilgrimage will begin along the Via Sacra, meditating on the Seven Sorrows of the Virgin Mary.

Subsequently, at 11:30 a.m., Holy Mass will be celebrated, presided over by the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Mérida-Badajoz, José Rodríguez Carballo, together with the priests present. At 1:30 p.m., a fraternal meal will take place in the Sanctuary grounds. During this time, until 4:00 p.m., there will be an opportunity to rest and visit the Virgin in her temple.

Finally, at 4:00 p.m., the Holy Rosary will be prayed, followed by the farewell blessing.
